Training
- A total of 30 hours: 5 hours of theory, 10 hours of practical activities and evaluation, 15 hours of individual study.
- The total number of participants: 30 people belonging to the selected target groups (15 from Romania and 15 from Ukraine).

- Defining the problem/need that can be tackled by an event;
- Publics segments involved;
- How to involve different institutions;
- Communication with the public segments;
- Promotion of the event;
- Processes of generating ideas;
- Follow-up of the event.
Application deadline: April 5, 2026
Only one application form may be completed for all training courses, accompanied by a single motivation letter that includes all options in order of priority, specifying why each option is important for your professional development.
Selection criterion:
- English language proficiency at a minimum level equivalent to B1 – Intermediate English
The result of the application acceptance will be communicated by April 17, 2026
